You can treat attain mental wellbeing without even consulting a doctor or having medications. All you should do is as follows,

See everything lightly – The first issue for your mental wellbeing is getting angry or stressed on almost all things. In this life, nothing can irritate you personally. You should come to a mindset that everything is happening for a reason. Also, it is better to consider that nobody is doing something to hurt you. Even if someone hurts you, they may feel bad for it in the future. So, it is better to take it lightly. Some people would call it maturity. But it is a necessity to take things lightly. It will also give you the time to think properly and make wise decisions.

Be social – The next thing to do is to be social and have relationships with whoever you come across. You cannot spend your entire life staying within your home. You would also go out for either school or work. So, there are high chances for you to develop any kind of friendship or relationship. You will share your things with them and they would also do the same. Only if you involve in such relationships, your mental wellbeing will improve. If you stay alone always, your thoughts will kill you gradually.
